Heading Program Management, Service Delivery and Operations functions, he has been instrumental in turning around businesses towards growth and profitability by implementing clear process driven, and measurable strategies, which have won many Awards and Recognitions.

Heading Program Management, Service Delivery and Operations functions, he has been instrumental in turning around businesses towards growth and profitability by implementing clear process driven, and measurable strategies, which have won many awards and recognitions.
Joseph has spent a major part of his career with Philips India Ltd. a leading Consumer Electronics Company. Headed Regional Consumer Care operations. He was Head – Service Delivery- B2B at TVS-E, handling multiple Tech giants such as Dell, Lenovo, HP, Toshiba, Acer, HTC, TVS E as well as IT infra support for the TVS Group Companies. Has been Head Service Delivery and Operations pan India for Flipkart.
Joseph is also a Certified Soft Skill Trainer, over the last twelve years has effectively trained more than a thousand customer support staff within the IT & CE space. The Programs conducted are unique, customized and cover all aspects of customer interaction and personality development. Specially focused on customer interaction skills for the last mile customer facing/interacting service personnel.
He has also done Certification in Professional Sales Management from XLRI-Jamshedpur.
Along with a Team of highly Skilled Professionals, Joseph decided to peruse his dream of establishing a unique business concept, and started work on the same in March 2016. Clearly focused on customer experience management (CEM) to deliver value to the Industry.
After a careful and in-depth market analysis, support from mentors, Family and colleagues, this dream is now a reality. He is now the Co-Founder Director and CEO at DeltaDynamix Pvt. Ltd., The Company was incorporated on 7th September 2016.
DeltaDynamix Pvt Ltd. Provided best in class IT Hardware support with qualified and trained personnel.
Training and Skill Development is his passion, with focus to develop, skill and deploy people to deliver a delightful customer experience.

C A Vipin Kumar Jain

Director & CFO

Mr. Vipin Kumar Jain is the partner of Vipin Shalini & Co.. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He did his graduation from Jiwaji University, Gwalior in the year 1995. He has qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2002. In 2004, he qualified the post qualification course of ICAI in Information System Audit (DISA).

Mr. Vipin Kumar Jain is the partner of Vipin Shalini & Co.. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He did his graduation from Jiwaji University, Gwalior in the year 1995. He has qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2002. In 2004, he qualified the post qualification course of ICAI in Information System Audit (DISA). This D.I.S.A. is equivalent to C.I.S.A in USA in Information System Audit.

Master in Computer Application and holds global certification MCITP, ITIL foundation. Mr. Gupta joined US Based Health care organization R1 RCM as an IT Service Admin and he has held various positions within IT Operation and IT Service Management, including He worked with many organizations for IT Service, Vendor Management

Master in Computer Application and holds global certification MCITP, ITIL foundation. Mr. Gupta joined US Based Health care organization R1 RCM as an IT Service Admin and he has held various positions within IT Operation and IT Service Management, including He worked with many organizations for IT Service, Vendor Management and IT Procurement. He has 10+ years extensive experience / expertise in areas relating to IT Service, Audit, and Acquisitions, and Crisis Management. His experience in India and overseas encompasses multiple sectors including Education, Technology and Healthcare.

Anita Miriam Joseph is a Visual Communications Graduate from Loyola College, Chennai, and holds an MBA in Media and Entertainment. She has a work experience of 7 years in the field of Marketing and Communications. Her core competencies lie in Content Writing, Proof Reading, Branding and Digital Marketing.
